Alive Coaching & Wellness Annual Retreat 2022

Overview: This luxurious, all-inclusive, women’s only retreat is curated with you in mind. The weekend will consist of themed mixers and empowering power sessions all while having the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and recharge. From the indoor pool, spa or in your luxury room you will have plenty of chances to treat yourself. This retreat is going to allow you the intimacy and inviting environment to take time to reflect on your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. While doing the interpersonal work you will meet other phenomenal powerhouse women to connect with and build lasting friendships. This is an intimate retreat designed to give you our full attention. Power Sessions: Friday and Saturday you will have the chance to hear, learn and reflect from speakers on your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. From round table discussions to late night chats, you will leave feeling renewed and inspired. Allow yourself the time to step away from your daily tasks to work on YOU!

Luxury Accommodations: Join us at The Mansion at Noble Lane A Premier Akwaaba Inn in the Poconos, PA. You have the option between a private room or shared room. We will have access to the full mansion, with all amenities and on-site chef.

Relax, Rejuvenate, Recharge: This location provides the perfect amount of space indoors and outdoors to unwind from your daily tasks. Along with our yoga/meditation time you will find various opportunities to rest or take part in a relaxing activity.
